This time the theme is Italy.

This isn't just about choosing a region for production; it's a special theme that resonates with my own culinary journey.

Our wine tasting event, which has been running for 10 years, started with a single Italian chef.

And eight years ago, I, who had almost no cooking experience, took over that baton.

I've traveled to many different countries and regions for wine tastings, but Italy was the only place I couldn't approach lightly.

This June, we celebrated our 8th anniversary, and I finally decided to visit Italy, a place that holds special meaning for me, and to express my gratitude to the friends who have helped build the history of this group.

What I value most at wine gatherings is,

"How to spend your holidays as an adult"

I hope that wine gatherings aren't just for special occasions, but rather a way to add a little richness to everyday life.

This time, the menu will mainly consist of Italian dishes, which I have been familiar with since I started my career as a chef.

Through the pairing of Italian cuisine and wine, which the owner loves, we offer you a moment that feels like a journey through Italy, from north to south.

Whether you're a returning customer, a first-timer, or someone who hasn't visited in a while, we welcome you all.

Date and time: August 2nd.Starts at 16:30!

Fee: 11,000 yen (6 wine selections + 5 food pairings)

Capacity: 15 people (Registration will close once the capacity is reached)

*This event will be the same as the regular event held on August 2nd.

A minimum of 8 participants is required to hold the event.

☆Cancellation Policy☆

5 days before the event (August 18) noon to 2 days before the event (August 21) noon / 50% of the participation fee

We will require payment of 80% of the participation fee from noon two days before the event (August 21st) until the day of the event.

The organizers are also working diligently to plan and prepare everything.

We sincerely ask that you please take extra care to confirm your schedule and manage your health, including whether you will be attending with friends.
