Cancellation Policy
From the day of the event until 5 days before (this time, noon on Tuesday, November 26th): 80% of the participation fee
Two days before the event (this time, Friday, November 29th at noon) to the day of the event: 100% of the participation fee will be charged.Due to the nature of purchasing and preparation, we are taking measures to prevent last minute cancellations as much as possible.
