It's a clear autumn.
The theme chosen for our 46th regular wine event will be a new area, following on from last time!
In modern society, the world is striving for a "sustainable" concept.
The belief that we cherish nature, protect the earth, and that people are sustained by its blessings.Australia is a rare country that has been practicing the theme that we must now seriously tackle for a long time.
It is said that the indigenous Aborigines have lived in Australia for approximately 60,000 years, and have developed a variety of wisdom and lifestyles while coexisting with nature.
Winemaking was introduced by immigrants from Europe in the 1800s, and vineyards expanded rapidly in Australia, which has vast land area. This rich and protected natural environment has led to the production of a large amount of high-quality wine.
For example, Western Australia is geologically composed of gneiss dating back 3 billion years, which is covered by clay-based, well-drained gravel.
The soil and cool climate have been preserved for a long time without being developed indiscriminately.
This provides the perfect environment for grape growing and wine making.
Many of the grapes grown in Australia are own-rooted, allowing them to fully express the power of the land, resulting in wines that are not only elegant but also strong-minded!
The 46th wine party will also be the start of a new chapter for the new Le Moman, welcoming new staff members.
We want to treasure the history we have built up and create new power.
We look forward to your participation under the clear, pure sky.
